Catering
The catering business provides food service to sites such as a hotel, hospital, cruise ship, park, or event venue.
- Set up for the event. This includes setting up for the kitchen, the room, folding napkins, and putting labels on food for the buffet.
- Serve during the event. You will be given a section of tables to serve.
- Clean up the event. Wash all the dishes, clear the room, and take off all the linens on the table.
- After the event. Hang out and talk about how the event went.
