ADMINISTRATOR: a person whose job is to manage and organize the public or business affairs of a company

ARRIVE: to get a place, especially at the end of a journey

SIGNATURE: your name as you usually write it, for example at the end of a letter

FAX: a machine that sends and receives documents in an electronic form along telephone wires

RECEIVE: to get or accept something that is sent or given to you

DELAYS: a period of time when somebody/something has to wait because of a problem
