It is never too late to exercise. Seniors in China exercise at day and at night every day.
In many countries when people get older they stop working, living, or moving waiting for their time to come. However, that is not the case in China where seniors wake up at 7 in the morning to go and exercise at parks.
They dance to traditional music, do martial arts, swim, and jog around in order to stay healthy.
Parents and grandparents, no excuses to start exercising!
